The following steps from task 5 were not clear and even not necessary: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Compute Engine default service account from Service account dropdown. Select Allow full access to all Cloud APIs for Access scopes. Click on Save. Now, restart the VM by clicking on Start at the top of the VM instance details screen page
