Again to short time in case something is not working as it should be (again by default I was not placed in to my project after I've started the cloud shell... ) and / or something is not possible to be found like this section: "(...)Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Compute Engine default service account from Service account dropdown. Select Allow full access to all Cloud APIs for Access scopes. (...)" I was not able to complete this section as I've run out of time. As to the VM instances interface design, placing edit option under VM name is counter intuitive...
