Part of the lab is out of date. The part about changing of the default service account isn't up to date, and is a little confusing, as it isn't there anymore. (and I don't think it's possible, as that permissions is controlled by qwicklabs).

Second time I tried dd if=/dev/urandom | gzip -9 >> /dev/null & but dont see any increase in CPU Utilization
