Deployment Manager: Adding load balancing Reviews

The load balancing LAB steps need to be reviewed as when followed as per the instructions they don't work, requiring the student to be creative. I don't think that those errors are by design, hence I am advising here. If you beleieve I am wrong please do email me so that I might attempt the steps again (for the fourth time). If I am correct please note this could be frustrating for students with limited time, luckily I didn't fall into that category, so maintained my sanity and my love of this course.
