In "Test the EchoLB service" - "On the Console tab, go to Products & services > Compute Engine > Instance groups and click on the echo-lb-service-igm. Towards the bottom of the page, below the graphs, look for the CPU Usage information." Shouldn't this be a reference to the monitoring section of the lb? There are no CPU graphs at the bottom
