Not sure if bug. But I set the automation script when creating the VM. But it does not seem to be executed. I had those command manually. Maybe add a fallback step in case the script did not get executed.

some missing steps concerning the path that you have to add in the index.php file, I had to create the files, Also the commands that are supposed to run on startup doesn't run, even though I made sure that they are in the automation textbox, I had to install them manaully.
