VM instances shows in progress only. not able to create vm instance so can finish lab

Everything went well except the apache server restarts did not work and I was unable to view the tetx/images. Thankfully, I was on for the full video session so I knew how everything was supposed to look and progress.

I can't cd /var/www/html. There's no /www file or directory. And I can't restart Apache2. So there's no result that I can confirm.

when cd to folder, it says folder doesnt exist
