It looks like the SA needed to deploy the solution did not exist as it tried to set IAM policy. Since I cannot delete lamp-1, I tried to spin up another (lamp-2); the validation would not validate, so now I get to end and try again (I hope)...perhaps not a well-orchestrated lab... | worked the 2nd time, but I made sure to wait a fair amount of time in case the SA was not there - you may want to have people run a simple gcloud command to enable the compute engine and infrastructure manager APIs prior to going to marketplace

first LAMP stack failed because of permissions, second LAMP worked but had the wrong name (lamp-2 instead of lamp-1), maybe fix the hardcoded conditions?

First time, the deployment failed, I recreated the deployment, but since I think the name was lamp-2, the checkpoint didn't detect it correctly. Would be better to use a regex instead of a hardcoded name.
