I was unable to complete the exercise because the virtual machine deployment failed. The error message indicated that the region us-central1 violates the policy constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations for the project. As a result, the deployment could not proceed, and the exercise could not be finished. after i restarted the lab, then it let me create the VM
