Project_id on gcp console was different from the qwiklab materials page. setting the project_id statically to the same id as on the qwiklab page resulted in errors when completing the last few deployment steps in the lab

the gunicorn didn't actully start. seemed like some error in the python version couldn't track down the issue but I was able to verify that the packages were installed.
