Deployment Manager: Package and deploy Reviews

There were a lot of complicated and dependant steps in this lab. It gets you to build files etc before you use them, for Deployment Manager and then for the App. Then you test the app on a manually created VM before using Deployment Manager. There're too many dependent steps here that seem out of sync. A better logical order (create the app, manually deploy and test, then implement the Deployment Manager configuration) would work a lot better

The contents covered by lab are great. Reformatting certain sections, especially file names and directory names, so they are clearer at a glance, would help avoiding common mistakes like creating the file in the wrong directory because the student reads the instructions quick/wrong. Example: Essential Cloud Infrastructure series has clearer formatting for directory/file/paths.
