version doesnt match in given example ...sample app need ubantu 1404 while only version available is 1604

ubuntu 1404 is no longer available for an f1-micro vm. however, provisioning an ubuntu-1804-lts and changing instance.jinja.schema to ubuntu-1804-lts worked around this issue. The instructions and sample file should be updated though for this lab.

The ubuntu 14.04 image is deprecated. The lab has error and need to be tweaked to work smoothly.
