"us-central1" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-4411126eda4c/locations/us-central1/deployments/lamp-1". I asked Gemini and got this: "This is a live, known bug on Qwiklabs' end that started affecting people exactly like you within the last 24 to 48 hours. The Organization Policy constraints/gcp.resourceLocations is blocking Deployment Manager in us-central1 for the LAMP lab."
