storage bucket location need to be updated to not use the gs:// as wouldn't find / load content of buket if this was there.

the csv file could not be accessed in cloud storage..the support team has done something from backend to get it accessed.

To make it work the "gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv" should remove the "gs://" schema from the address.
