there are multiple times when it does not follow established standards for howtos. yes i did not get a point maybe for not reading correctly, but I shouldn't have to open a ticket because of a manual that's too short. Like why do I have to copy paste 3-4 times the same thing but differently? Is gcp or the lab responsible? I found other labs to be more clear. On the other hand, once done correctly, time is no longer an issue. So apart from the difficulties on understanding what is pasteable it's okay.
