i suggest editing step 7 and saying that you dont have to include the gs:// prefix

the link to bucket was gs://xxx, during table creation it couldn't find csv in this way. I had to remove gs:// part and it found the proper file then.

I had no access to gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv from BigQuery's new UI. So I have created new storage bucket and copy access_log.csv to it using shell. I've created table with data, but when I check my task progress check button shows me error.
