I am not able to load files from GCS to Bigquery. There are no specific CSV file in the bucket

gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv was not accessible when I was creating the table. I had to use gsutils download the file and upload to the bucket I created, so I could create the table from my bucket.
