I am not able to load files from GCS to Bigquery. There are no specific CSV file in the bucket

This quicklab can't complete due to the given bucket url is not granted for the newly created project, it can be copied from the given location to a bucket in the student's project and continue with the table creation. gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv was not accessible when I was creating the table. I had to use gsutils download the file and upload to the bucket I created, so I could create the table from my bucket.
