File uri should not have the gs:// prefix, ui will not accept it. once removed it works

It was impossible to do. When I went to create table, I chose Google cloud storage. I was supposed to type gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv, but there was no place on the form that would accept that. On second try, I noticed there were three different things to click on to create a table. Only one worked, and it was not labeled.
