In Task 2, step #7, gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv should be (remove gs://) cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv otherwise it wont be validated. Also in Task 2, Step #9 should be re-written again. It is not clear, but easy to guess though.

step 7 at the beginning will not work unless the gc:// is removed first and there is no way to know this unless you ask support
