If the tables are not created in the same region as the cloud storage file is, it will fail. Deleting a table and creating ît again will also will give an error if these are called the same (maybe I need to wait longer?). nevertheless, I had to re-start it 3 times to get it completed. documentation can be muuuuuch better.
