Deployment Manager: Beginning appserver Reviews

the hardcoded "appserver" was confusing. It seems like having multiple deployments pointing to the same VM is a bad practice; deleting the non-"production" deployments deleted the VM. But it seems deployment "production" still thinks the VM exists. This seems counter-intuitive; if there remains a deployment dependency on a VM, it should not delete the VM, or minimally the deletion of the deployment should fail expressing dependency (?)
