The Google Cloud Storage bucket doesn't exist

The csv file was not found, bucket not found: gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv, had to see the comments from other users to find out the bucket has to be accesed like this: cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv
