the evaluation system didn't work... inspite of competing all tasks.. the system was considering it incomplete...

For some reason the ACCESS_LOG.CSV is not accessible from the CREATE TABLE interface. It gives a RESOURCE NOT FOUND error. But it IS accessible from the GCloud Shell. (It will be interesting to know how this access control was achieved.) So, I simply opened a GCLOUD SHELL and downloaded it to my bucket and created the table from there.
