the python section needs update because it does not work as it is (when using pip3 and python3 commands, it works but virtualenv is still ko)

I don't know how to "Create a Dockerfile" so I can't even do the lab. Everything else is so tediously step-by-step but then you left out some really important thing that isn't obvious.
