This qwiklabs tutorial is not beginner-friendly. The documentation never specifically states to create a project ID in the cloud shell which causes errors once we reach Task 2. There aren't any warnings stating we'll be told we don't have access for any project ID we choose either. Very confusing.

in the middle of the lab I was prompted to agree to the google cloud ToS as my actual google account rather than the one for the lab. I closed and re-launched the console and it worked for about a minute before doing the same thing.
