I was able to proceed until step 5. But with some issues: I had to change zone/region and number of modes from 3 to 2. So I was able to fix error: ERROR: (gcloud.container.clusters.create) ResponseError: code=403, message=Insufficient regional quota to satisfy request for resource: "IN_USE_ADDRESSES". The request requires '9.0' and is short '1.0'. The regional quota is '8.0' with '8.0' available. But on step 5 I got this error again and was not able to proceed
