The Docker file came out of nowhere -- the ID wasn't issued permissions to start a docker services or invoke 'docker create config -file: etc

I was stuck on Task 2 (creating the docker file) for a while as I didn't have prior docker experience. It may help more to give the vi Dockerfile command since it's also not talked about during the previous lesson.
