How do you create a Dockerfile in the GCP environment and where in your project does this file need to be located? In other words: the step between TASK 1 and TASK 2 is too big. Even structure of the demonstrating video does not even follow the logic of the lab, which is rather confusing.

This was a fun lab but there were some issues: 1. The lab did not describe what needed to be done to create the Dockerfile. It was as simple as creating a new file with nano called Dockerfile, but that should be made explicit. 2. When I did Task 3 to deploy the app on App Engine, I got the vague error "ERROR: gcloud crashed (FileNotFoundError): [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/student_02_652732dca65c/python-docs-samples/appengine/standard_python3/hello_world/.#Dockerfile'". I tried creating a file called #Dockerfile but it didn't do anything. Then I tried deleting both Dockerfile and #Dockerfile, and created a new file called Dockerfile, then the steps were able to complete successfully. I don't know what went wrong but I'm glad I was able to figure it out. 3. Because of the two issues above, there was barely enough time to complete the lab. It took me 18 minutes out of 20 minutes. It would have been better if this lab had 25 minutes available given the confusion. Thanks!
