There are a couple things I'd say, I'm really just cutting and pasting your commands due to time contstrains and I feel like I'd be better served actually typing these commands out myself and putting them together myself. Also the creation of the dockerfile, that to me was not clear, that the file should be called dockerfile, perhaps you can add some clarity.
