A couple of updates: When setting up the SQL databsae..... Click Create User Account and create an account, using sqluser as the username and sqlpassword as the password. Leave the Host name option set to Allow any host (%). and click Create. should be Click Add User Account and create an account, using sqluser as the username and sqlpassword as the password. Leave the Host name option set to Allow any host (%). and click Add When creating the Service account... Click +Create Key, and make sure JSON key type is selected and click Create. +Create Key does not appear to exist in that workflow any longer
