Should have some screenshots and more info about how to actually execute a command (what do we do after we paste it, we just press enter to run or press F5 to execute the command....)

Multiple issues. Received error: WARNING - google_cloud.py:67 - Cannot determine GCP Project. OTel GCP Exporters cannot be set up. Please make sure to log into correct GCP Project. adk web Had to setup credentials and quota project in cloud shell for Otel to work which is what you appear to use to determine task completion.
