Recieved the following error message when trying to connect to the db after inserts. student-03-b4e43c97251d@postgresql-vm:~$ gcloud sql connect postgresql-cloudsql --user=postgres --quiet ERROR: (gcloud.sql.connect) Cloud SQL Proxy (v2) couldn't be found in PATH.
