the vm have issue Waiting for cache lock: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend. way too slow even after retry defeating the purpose of learning as mostly need to wait instead of learning the lab

The data added in standalone db is updated in CloudaSQL DB, but still the step 4 shows as failed. Already gone through this 3 times.
