Lab was not working correctly, troubleshot SSH for 50 minutes, going to retry again tomorrow. It had certain API's pre-enabled, but others involving SSH were not. In addition, I was running into IAP issues that I had to fix, and add an additional firewall rule that did allow IAP to work, but then still getting denied by publickey. Overall I'm not mad at the lab, so much as I'm frustrated I spent the time and still had issues. I'll try again tomorrow.

attempted to do task 1, however ssh was not connecting. Did troubleshooting options given by enabling network api and iam api. ssh would stikll not connect afterwards. Attempted to close gcc and reopen still to no avail. will attempt lab later if issue self resolves
