I took many time to realize I do not have to login in incognito and press start lab, but right click on start lab and choose open in incognito mode. The desctiption is really missleading. I think the first 30 minutes (setup the environment) should be a script which is running automatically at the start. It is a nonsense that around half the time is just do the preparation.
