If there could be more explanation of why we are authorising Public IPs of the VM instance. Whenever we created VM the IP associated is random too.

Got this working a second time. It wasn't clear the External IP from a very early step was required for the end of the lab

The private cluster2 command and the command after it require the --region parameter. Also I followed it to the letter and the final check still failed to give me a score, despite the checks whilst inside the SSH session working.
