This lab is not working as of 1/23/20 with Apache Beam's latest SDK version 2.18.0 (released Jan 23, 2020). To fix this run this in your Cloud Shell: pip3 install apache-beam[gcp]==2.17.0

Executed instructions in order but it did not recognize the Results.csv file. Error with the stack on the DataFlowRunner step.
