I attempted this lab twice before finally able to pass the final step. The wording "Authorize your external address range, replacing [MY_EXTERNAL_RANGE] with the CIDR range of the external addresses from the previous output:" is very vague and should specify that this is the external IP address from the source-instance VM... Please consider updating this.

Is always nice to be notified when some of the commands are going to take longer to run..... maybe advise tailing logs to see progress.....
