省略可ではありましたが、クラスタ作成の際にリージョンかゾーンを指定する様にとエラーで止まったため、リージョンだけ指定したら、各ゾーンに3つずつノードを作ってしまい9つのノードを作ってしまいました。 結果、インスタンスを起動しすぎという制約に引っかかり、アカウントがロックしてしまいました。（2回） サポートの方にはすぐに解除いただき、ありがとうございました。 ただ、ガイドされているコマンドがそのまま実行できないので見直しされた方が良いかと思います。

In the first step, "Creating a private cluster" , the flag --private-cluster isn't visible in the command/code that is pasted into the Shell, but thet text above still mentions this option.
