The lab instructions include direction to create resources in a non-existing region (us-west8) which results in inability to complete any steps at all. A Kubernetes cluster can't be created in a non-existing zone. Changing the region/zone results in the violation of constraints error. As a result, can't proceed, can't do anything while 5 credits have already been credited for this lab.
