It took almost 20 minutes until it was suceed. I didn't know that it will long that, so I restarted 3 times.

Why do I have to open the Cloud Shell Editor if I later instructed to use nano? Why do I have to retrieve the project id at the very beginning using Cloud Shell if it is retrieved and saved in a variable later in the lab?
