1)5 fixes needed, 3000 (to go for it maybe, i am short after halftime, 04/23 start); 2) pipe local only a few helper packages with needed fixes in cloud, 3 times more 3) helper script merge result (1 vs 3 whitespaces in front of function return) 4) pipe structure with double score metrics differs abit, different metrics assuming 5) some packages assumingly not ideal for open source fix look in java help file (these is what i think about it)

Pipeline took a long time to run on the cloud, and output was in GCS before pipeline completed. It would be nice to have a warning in the lab about these things.
