Your shell script "training-data-analyst/courses/data_analysis/lab2/python/install_packages.sh" is just bad and not usable. Maybe try using virtualenv to build a virtual environment and then fix pip install apache-beam[gcp] to read pip install "apache-beam[gcp]" because your code was not-working. Come on, Google, get it together.
