qwiklabs did not allocate sufficient resources in the region/zone, so could not spin up a VM as per instructions. after providing screenshot of the error, customer support was clueless and recommended clearing the browser cookies and cache. what a time waste... if you have a lab that's allocating a kubernetes cluster, it will need a minimum number of resources... you can't save cost on that... terrible
