Either the instruction is not right or some issue at Google end, I tried twice and wated more than an hour just to cancenl it once again.

I got the following error message. I have not been able to create GKE cluster in any lab for the last 2 days. Google Compute Engine: Not all instances running in IGM after 35m15.218085822s. Expected 3, running 0, transitioning 3. Current errors: [GCE_STOCKOUT]: Instance 'gke-private-cluster-default-pool-3bb0557f-jjm0' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-fd33a56dbfac/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.
