Creating a private cluster that uses a custom subnetwork WILL NOT WORK!! there must be an error in the grading or in the instructions because I tried it a several times. I even wen to the fancy GUI to verify the changes that are correct and still would not work. total trash. Fix this

Couldn't proceed because the cluster kept showing the following error: "All cluster resources were brought up, but: component "kube-apiserver" from endpoint "gke-606d9a5d221b40ab81d4-8b03" is unhealthy."
