Task "Authorize your external address range for private cluster in custom subnetwork" will not show up as complete. Multiple students have tried and verified that the external address range is correct, but the task will not complete. The zone us-central1-a does not have enought resources available. I tried with us-central1-b ad got the same result. I'm giving up for today.
