Issue Summary: Location Policy Violation (403) on GKE Cluster Creation in us-west8-a Lab Task: Task 2 (Creating a private GKE cluster). Assigned Zone: us-west8-a / us-west8 (as instructed in Task 1). Error Message: ERROR: (gcloud.beta.container.clusters.create) ResponseError: code=403, message=Permission denied on 'locations/us-west8-a' (or it may not exist). Root Cause (API level): Running gcloud container get-server-config --zone=us-west8-a returns a 403 PERMISSION_DENIED with the reason LOCATION_POLICY_VIOLATED: json service: container.googleapis.com reason: LOCATION_POLICY_VIOLATED location: us-west8-a The provisioned GCP project’s Organization Policy for GKE (container.googleapis.com) is rejecting resource creation in us-west8-a, despite the lab instructions requiring it. Additional Sync Issue: The Regional Access Boundary checks are also failing with: Account not found for email: deb0ae6077|student-03-e6b8eeef920c@qwiklabs.net indicating that the student credentials were not fully/properly synchronized in the GCP project identity boundary at launch.
