Could finish last step...always errors out with message in error log: 2020-08-26T12:57:03.120174969ZWorkflow failed. Causes: Permissions verification for controller service account failed. IAM role roles/dataflow.worker should be granted to controller service account 86732708027-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com.

There needs to be more explanation of what the code is doing. If you are not familiar with Python it is very difficult to follow.
